EuDEco supports European science and industry in creating a better understanding and exploitation of the potential reusability of data in the context of Big Data and Open Data. The aim is to establish a self-regulating data market and thus increase Europe’s competitiveness. The EuDEco project should improve understanding of the European data economy and facilitate a constructive dialog between companies, public authorities, universities, and citizens. The overriding goal is to support Europe in building a self-sustaining data market and thus increase Europe’s global competitiveness. A monitoring approach will also be developed.
