eTEACHER is a European project aimed at reducing energy consumption through more energy- conscious behavior on the part of consumers in buildings. The aim of eTEACHER is to enable end-users to achieve energy savings and improve comfort in the interests of health and well-being. The project aims to develop intervention strategies based on cultural and demographic indicators and will be carried out at 12 different demonstration sites in three European countries with different climatic conditions. eTEACHER uses ICT solutions to promote and enable behavioral changes among building users for the purpose of improving energy efficiency.
