The aim of the ATTENTION project is the development of a novel medical-technical system for simultaneous transcranial alternating current stimulation (TACS) and derivation of an electroencephalogram (EEG) in adult patients with ADHD. The procedure envisaged in this project will be an alternative or supplement to drug treatment, which will make it possible to reduce the drug dosage (and thus the undesired side-effects) as well as the associated costs. The project envisages a mobile system to enable home application and thus to adapt the therapy plan to the individual life situation.
