As a UI/UX Designer, you will be part of our design team, helping to create modern and easy-to-use
user interfaces for our desktop applications. In this role, you will be involved in the creation of our products,
which are used daily by well over a million end users around the world.
Ideally, you should take a look at one of our applications at www.abelssoft.de and tell us
what we can do better.
In addition, you are involved in the design of websites and newsletters and thus contribute directly to the success.
You always keep an eye on new trends and technologies and thus make sure that
we at Ascora always keep our finger on the pulse of time
Whether you are a night owl or a morning worm, our working time system allows you to work flexible hours.
You can work with us full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time. We are located between Bremen and Oldenburg,
offer a home office arrangement and many other advantages.

You have a degree in a related subject or have been able to acquire an equivalent qualification in the field of UX design
through your relevant professional experience.
You are familiar with concepts such as user-centred design, prototyping, user flow and customer journey.
You think in a user-centred and conversion-optimised way and view the concepts you develop as an iterative process.
You are proficient in your skills and the associated software, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and other prototyping
and communication tools, as well as Jira and Confluence as organisational tools.
You can make independent decisions, justify your opinion and work independently
More importantly, you need to be a team player, accept feedback, be open about
what is important to you, and be a pleasant person who likes to laugh with your colleagues.
